This 100 cm² Circular Disc Punch Sample Cutter is precision-engineered for cutting exact circular specimens of paper, paperboard, corrugated board, copper foil, aluminum foil, and sheet materials. Designed in accordance with standard testing procedures (including QB/T 1671), it is an essential laboratory instrument for paper grammage (basis weight / GSM) and tensile test preparation when paired with an analytical balance.
Key Features
- High Cutting Precision: Produces clean, burr-free 100 cm² circular specimens with a cutting accuracy of ±0.35 mm.
- Quenched Tool Steel Blade: Equipped with specially heat-treated, high-grade steel circular punch dies for extended sharpness and durability.
- Heavy-Duty Cast Construction: Solid integrated casting structure provides exceptional stability during cutting without shifting or vibration.
- Ergonomic Lever Operation: High-leverage manual handle allows effortless punching through single-layer or multi-layer paper and thin foils.
