Quick Operation Steps
- Mount the appropriate indexing plate; lock headstock horizontally at 0° and vertically at 90°.
- Secure cutter bit firmly into the 19.05 mm fixture.
- Turn on and position the laser alignment pen so the laser line targets the cutter blade edge.
- Rotate cutter to align blade precisely with laser guide, then mark the index tooth.
- Lock clamp screws and advance the grinding wheel using the feed handwheel.
